摘    要:实现CAPP和PPC功能集成是从根本上解决生产计划与工艺整体优化的途径.根据CAPP和PPC多级并行分布式集成体系结构,研究了支持CAPP和PPC功能集成的决策模型与算法,建立CAPP和PPC的集成决策目标以及在该统一目标下的多层集成单元递阶决策的模型,设计有效支持该决策模型的工艺技术分析算法和瓶颈处理算法.该模型和算法强调相关决策活动并行完成与将工艺计划和生产(作业)计划作为一个整体进行优化的原则.仿真实验结果表明,模型和算法是正确可行的.

Abstract:An overall optimization of process plans and production plans(schedules) must be achieved by integrated CAPP with PPC functionally. The decision making model and algorithms are studied to support the functional integration according to the architecture for the multi layer, concurrent and distributed integration of CAPP and PPC. A hierarchical decision making model which consists of multi level Integrated Units (IU) and is under the same integrated goal is described. Effective algorithms for process planning and bottleneck handling are designed to support the above model. It emphasizes to carry out all the related decision makings concurrently and optimize process plans and production plans as a whole. The model and algorithms are testified by the experimental results.
