三维板料成形过程的数值模拟

摘    要:由于众多非线性因素的影响,使得静力平衡迭代算法的收敛性难以保证.而采用基于动力学方程的中心差分显式积分方法可以得到良好的数值结果.讨论了动力显式算法的求解过程、时间积分步长的选取、接触处理以及回弹计算等与静力平衡算法存在较大差异的问题.算例和实验结果表明,动力显式算法是可行的,但仍存在一些尚需解决的问题.

Numerical Simulation of 3D Sheet Forming Processes

Abstract:Because of the effects of many nonlinear factors, the static equilibrium iteration algorithm is not assured of its convergence in numerical simulation of 3D sheet forming processes. The central difference explicit scheme based on the dynamic equation can get good results. In this paper, the solution procedure of a dynamic explicit method, the selection of time step, handling of contact and calculation of springback are discussed, which have much difference from the static equilibrium algorithm. Compared with experiments, the numerical results show that the dynamic explicit is feasible, but still has many problems to be solved.
