摘    要:用俄歇电子能谱(AES)研究了化学沉积Cu2S制备的Cu2S/CdS系太阳能电池,探讨了提高电池性能与成品率的方向.还观察到电池组成元素S、Cd随存放时间的增长而向电池表面扩散并逃逸、Cu向纵深方向扩散等现象.讨论了AES分析的深度分布特征与电池效率之间存在着某种函数关系.

Abstract:The solar cell of Cu2S chemically deposited on CdS was Studied with AES, and the ways to improve quality and yield of the cell were discussed. It was observed that with time increasing, S and Cd enriched at and escaped from the surface of the cell, and Cu contrarily diffused into CdS. A certain functional relation was found between the depth profile of elements analyzed by AES and efficiency of the cell.
