| Abstract: | On the basis of fourteen key districts of Shanghai where chemical articles are accumulated and chemical accidents are concentrated, the authors comprehensively analyzed both exterior and interior factors affecting chemical accidents, calculated and defined the data of four kind chemial accedent calamities by means of fuzzy mathematical assessment and pointed out the orientation of preventing and controlling these accidents. |
