摘    要:高师声乐教育要重视基础,突出基本技能、基本理论的教学,加强针对性和实践性的训练,遵循因材施教的重要原则,加强声乐教师自身歌唱能力的训练和个人艺术修养的不断提高,加强语言的表达能力和钢琴伴奏能力的训练,加强创新能力和科研能力的培养,从而达到提高教学质量的目的。

Abstract:The primary concerns of music education in normal colleges are to focus on foundation, to emphasize basic skills and to teach the major theories. Thus teachers need to enhance practical and pertinent exercitation so as to train the students in different ways in accordance to their individual differences. This accordingly calls for the improvement of the teachers' singing ability and personal making. Furthermore, teachers must promote their language proficiency and their skills of piano accompaniment. Finally, teachers ought to explore their talents to innovation and scientific researches so that they promote the qualities of music teaching.
