| 摘 要： | 根据定向运动的独有特征，从定向运动技能的掌握、定向运动教学注意事项及学校运动队的训练等方面着手，对大学生定向运动的教学与训练进行探讨．提出定向运动的教学应从实际出发，根据校园的特点进行设计与实施：定向队的训练应在掌握基本技能的基础上多参加比赛，在比赛中提高运动技能。

| Abstract: | Based on the unique characteristics of orientation motion, teaching and training of orientation motion in college were discussed from the orienteering skills to master, attention of teaching orienteering and training to school orientation team. It is suggested that teacher should proceed from actual conditions, design and implement according to the character- istics of the campus; coach should organize team to take part in more competitions on the basis of mastering basic skills, to enable athletes to upgrade skills in the race. |
