新时期高校干部人事档案利用探析

摘    要:高校干部人事档案具有参考价值和凭证价值.对高校干部人事档案进行开发利用,可以全面了解人才的德、勤、绩、能,为学校舍理引进人才、任用人才提供依据;对人事档案进行开发利用,也是整个人事档案管理工作的中心.现行的高校干部人事档案存在影响档案利用的因素,如何提高档案利用,解决好新时期高校干部人事档案的利用问题,需作进一步的探讨.

Abstract:academic personnel files possess value in reference and certification. Such value shows that the files can be used to fmd out persona full information concerning morals, capability, working and the outcome that can be considered as indicators of seeking for and using suitable persons reasonably. Exploitation of personnel files is also the central importance in the whole firing management. This thesis is entirely devoted to bettering exploitation of such files in new situations by analyzing the existing factors that influence on more efficient use of the files.
