论科学发展与构建和谐社会的关系

从社会发展理论的视角来看，科学发展观与社会主义和谐社会都是对发展实践进行反思、寻求发展合理性的成果，是我党多年来执政经验集体智慧的结晶。社会主义和谐社会应该是关于发展目标的确定，科学发展观主要解决的是关于发展手段、发展方式的问题。只有科学发展才能实现社会和谐，构建社会主义和谐社会是治国的理想，科学发展观是治国的方略，二者统一于我国社会主义社会发展和完善的全过程。同时，科学发展的要义是人的发展，构建社会和谐的极致是人的和谐。

Only with scientific development can China realizea harmonious society. Constructing a harmonious society is the goal to state management. Scientific development is the method to state management.
