论情绪劳动之负面情绪效应的人力资源管理

摘    要:随着服务型社会的崛起,情绪劳动愈益受到更多的重视。长期的、频繁的情绪劳动可引发多种负面情绪效应,这些负面的情绪效应不仅危及员工的身心健康,对组织目标的顺利达成也造成很大的阻碍。因此,人力资源管理务必妥善抓好六个关键环节,以应对情绪劳动之负面情绪效应。

Abstract:With the service-type society comes, increasingly importance has been attached to emotional labor. long-term and frequent emotional labor can cause multifarious negative emotional effects and these negative emotional effects not only endanger employees' health, but also to block the organizational goal carried out successfully. The article first introduces what is emotional labor and its emotional effects, then discusses six kinds of HRM's measure which are excepted to be used for dealing with the negative emotional effect of emotional labor .
