| 摘 要： | 采用PLC编程控制在包装机上实现散包（包装有缺陷的烟包）检测．ZB45型包装机在生产过程中，散包传感器检测到有散包烟时输出信号，散包信号和位移传感器的计数信号输入给PLC，信号经PLC处理后，PLC输出剔除信号给包装机的剔除系统，利用包装机的剔除系统将散包烟剔除出来，从而实现了把散包烟剔除掉的目的．

| Abstract: | Uses the PLC programming control to realize on the packaging machine wraps separately （packing to have flaw smoke package） to examine. The ZB45 packaging machine when the production process, wraps separately the sensor examines has wraps separately the smoke the output signal, wraps separately the＇signal and the position transmitter counting signal input gives PLC, the signal after the PLC processing, the PLC output rejection signal for the packaging machine rejection system, will wrap separately the smoke using the packaging machine rejection system to reject, thus realized has wrapped separately the goal which the smoke rejected. |
