浅析地方性高校如何提高教师课堂教学质量

摘    要:以某地方性高校学生网络评教信息为数据源,按评价等级、教师职称、教师年龄为分组依据,分别对11个评价指标的均值和标准差进行数据抽样与分析,从中挖掘出教师自身影响课堂教学质量的原因,为如何提高教师课堂教学质量指明了方向。

Abstract:Take the information of some local university students network assessment as the data sources,according to the evaluation level,the teacher title,the teacher age is the grouping basis,separately carries on the data sampling and the analysis to 11 evaluating indicator's arithmetic mean and the standard deviation,Mining the teacher own influence classroom instruction quality the reason,how to improve the quality of classroom instruction indicated the right direction.
