普通高校大学生身体素质与体型关系的研究

探讨大学生的身体素质与体型间的相互关系,将1175名大学生按《国家体育锻炼标准》得分情况,分成12个组别;分析各组指标与Heath-Carter体型3因子间的关系。结果显示,随着大学生身体素质得分的增高,其体型在W·H·Sheldon 三角形体型判别图上的位置,由内、外胚型向中胚型集中。影响大学生身体素质的主要因素是内因子,随身体素质下降,皮褶值增高。结论,通过对大学生体型分布情况的分析,有利于对大学生身体素质的监测,全面评价大学生的身体素质与体型间的相互关系。

Study on the Relationship between the Constitutions and Types of Build of College Students

This paper explores the relationship between the constitutions and types of build by dividing 1175 college students into 12 groups according to their marks of National PE Training Standard and analyzes the relations between different indexes and Health-Carter types of build triangle elements. The results show that with the rise of their marks of constitutions, the students' types of build transfer from ectoderm or ectoderm to mesoderm in W.H. Sheldon Triangle Types of Build Judgment Chart. The main elements that influence the students' constitutions are the internal ones. The value of wrinkles becomes high with the decline of students' constitutions. Therefore , It can be concluded that the analysis of college students' types of build distribution helps monitor the students' constitutions and make an overall evaluation of the interrelationship between college students' constitutions and types of build.
