基于Windows CE下JPEG图像的压缩技术

摘    要:在Windows CE系统下利用离散余弦变换,哈夫曼编码实现了JPEG图像压缩与解压缩.介绍了IJG组织提供的JPEG 库来验证JPEG压缩与解压缩算法在Windows CE下的应用;最后通过与IImage组件比较,结果表明,自定义的JPEG图像处理达到的效果与IImage组件相当,而且更具有可扩展性.

Abstract:The paper mainly investigates Discrete cosine transform and Huffman code implements JPEG Image Compression and Decompression based on Windows CE.The paper presents a method of using the library provided by IJG(Independent JPEG Group)to verify the JPEG Image Compression and Decompression based on Windows CE.Compared to IImage component,self-defined JPEG processing has the same effects with IImage component,but has more scalability.
