| Abstract: | Based on the practice of publishing the journal of Dali University,this paper expounds our efforts and experience in protruding the leading discipline,taping excellent local cultural resources of ethnic nationalities,creating distinctive columns,probing new ways of management,and developing the local characteristics of the journal in the frontier minority nationality region. |
