掺钛宝石晶体光学性质的研究

摘    要:论证了提拉法掺钛宝石晶体吸收系数的反射和散射修正,拟合出Ti3+离子的有效分凝系数.在此基础上,重点研究了晶体的光散射强度的判定、分布、起源和形成机制,并探讨了克服散射损耗的可能途径.

Abstract:The Czochralski as-grown titanium sapphire posseses a light scattering whose intensity can be as strong as that of the residual absorption. Our Raman spectrum,and X-ray diffraction data in particular suggest that the scattering centers result mainly from rutile TiO2.The formation of TiO2 in the titanium sapphire is analogous to epitaxial process on the host Al2O3,crystal,As a result,their crystallization direction approximates TiO2(101 ) 11 Al2O3 (110)
