摘    要:应用室外盆栽试验的方法,通过分析生物磁效应,研究了磁处理土壤对小麦出苗后硝酸还原酶(NR)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAA)活性的影响及对土壤健康质量的影响与指示.结果表明,磁处理土壤由于提高了出苗后小麦的硝酸还原酶以及根、叶的过氧化氢酶活性,降低了小麦根、叶的吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性,进而指示土壤磁处理后其健康质量得到了一定程度的改善.

Abstract:The activity of nitrate reductase(NR), catalase(CAT) and indole acetic acid oxidase(IAA) enzyme in young wheat seedlings grown in a magnetized soil and its health quality was assessed using the outdoor pot-culture method combined with analyses of biological magnetic effects. It was showed that there was a significant increase in the activity of nitrate reductase and catalase in wheat roots and leaves and a significant decrease in the activity of indole acetic acid oxidative enzyme in roots and leaves of wheat after soil germination. This study suggests that soil magnetization may have a beneficial effect on soil health quality revealed by indicators of biochemical and physiological processes of the plants grown in the magnetized soil.
