CHARACTERIZING FROZEN RANDOM PATTERN MODES OF COUPLED MAP LATTICE
Abstract:The spatiotemporal dynamical behavior of frozen random pattern modes of coupled map lattice(CML) is investigated .The space-related Lyapunov exponent spectrum is defined and calculated from perturbations to each site for various perturb intensities and compared with that obtained from the products of Jacobean matrices.The diffusive process of a single site perturbation shows that the space-related Lyapunov exponent spectra can well characterize the spatiotemporal dynamic behavior of the frozen random pattern mode of CML.
