摘    要:讨论了国内外半导体温差发电器件的发展状况,及需要改进的问题。包括器件种类,各种器件适用的领域。分析认为,半导体温差发电器件因其能够将低温废热直接转化为电能,而具有良好发展前景。

Abstract:In this paper,the current state and prospects of thermoelectric power generation devices was discussed,including device types and the field of application.The results show that thermoelectric power generation device has favourable development prospects because it can be used to convent waste heat into electricity.
