土霉素盐酸盐在不同溶剂中溶解度的测定与关联

摘    要:采用平衡法测定了土霉素盐酸盐在甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇4种短链醇与少量水、少量氯化钙混合溶剂中,温度范围为0~55℃的溶解度,结果表明在短链醇中加入少量水、少量氯化钙能明显的增加土霉素盐酸盐在短链醇中的溶解度.采用多项式经验方程和半经验关联模型对实验所测定的溶解度数据进行了关联,关联结果表明溶解度方程在研究的浓度和温度范围内适用,且多项式经验方程优于半经验关联模型.土霉素盐酸盐在溶剂中的溶解度的测定与关联为土霉素盐酸盐的工业生产、回收提纯以及理论研究提供了重要的固液相平衡数据.

Abstract:The solubilities of oxytetracycline hydrochloride in short-chain alcohols,including methanol,ethanol,isopropyl alcohol and normal butanol,which were determined by equilibrium method in the temperature of 0-55℃.The results show that solubilties in short-chain alcohol with trace water and trace calcium are higher than those in pure short chain alcohol.Besides,the effects of trace water and trace calcium chloride on the solubility were studied in order to close to the solvent system in industry.The solubilities obtained were correlated with the mathematic model of empirical polynomial equation and the semiempirical equation.Using these two equations,the calculated solubilities are in great agreement with the experimental data,and the correlation results of polynomial equation are better than those of semiempirical equation.The solubility data and their correlation equations obtained in this study provide valuable data for the recovering and purifying oxytetracycline hydrochloride.
