湖北海棠不同居群形态变异的数量分析

摘    要:对不同生境下湖北海棠(Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd.)6个居群72个体的30项形态特征结合数量统计方法进行了研究。结果表明:在形态上,无论是聚类分析还是主成分分析,均显示湖北海棠的形态特征在整体水平上表现出分化上的无序性,即不同居群的个体常交叉聚在同一个表征群内,但在同一表征群内,同一居群的多数个体常有聚在一起,表明居群之间在形态上发生了一定程度的分化,只是这种分化还不能清楚地区分不同的种群。

Abstract:By using the method of numerical statistics, the authors studied 30 morphological characters of 72 individuals from 6 populations from different habitats. Both cluster and principal components analyses of Malus hupehensis indicate that the overall morphological differentiation of Malus hupchens is is somewhat unordered. The individuals of different populations may fall into one cluster, while individuals within the same population mostly fall into the same cluster. It is inferred that there are certain amounts of morphological differentiation among populations, but the differentiation is not significant enough to distinguish the population clearly.
