量子点受限长度对量子比特自由旋转品质因子的影响

摘    要:利用抛物量子点中电子的二能级系统作为一个量子比特.研究了量子比特的自由旋转品质因子和量子点受限长度的关系.在本文的量子比特模型中。得到了量子比特的自由旋转品质因子随着纵向受限长度的增加而减少。而不随横向受限长度发生变化.同时发现能级结构也随受限长度的变化而发生变化.

Abstract:Using a two - level electron as a qubit in parabolic quantum dot, we have studied the correlation between the quality factors of free rotation of quhit and the confined length for a single quantum dot. In the mode of this paper, we obtain the quality factors of free rotation decrease with the longitudinal confined length increase and doesn't change with the transverasal confined length. We found that the energy level with the confined length changes at the same time.
