| 摘 要： | 知识经济是指以现代科学技术为核心的，建立在知识和信息的生产、分配和使用上的新型经济。其特点包括：更新速度飞升，智力因素成为生产力发展的第一推动力，以高新技术产业和信息业为支柱、创新性等。其基础决定性、不断创新性、无限社会性、载体特殊性都对高校团学工作提出了新的要求，适应知识经济的要求，就要着力培养学生的时代意识、价值意识、创新意识和竞争意识．
