| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了一种新型的智能回弹仪系统,该系统采用线阵CCD成像原理进行位置信号的非接触式检测,实现了信号的无损检测;利用PIC单片机自带USB接口进行数据通信。文中重点分析了基于PIC16C765单片机的CCD驱动电路设计、图像信号的采集电路及PIC16C765集成的USB模块通信协议的开发等,试验证明该系统具有硬件结构简单、使用方便、抗干扰性好及采集数据可靠等特点。

| Abstract: | A new design method of the intelligent rebound hammer system is introduced.The non-contact detection signal is obtained based on the charge coupled device(CCD) so as to realize nondestructive detection.Data communication is carried out through the USB interface in the PIC16C765.The Microchip PIC16C765 is used to realize the drive circuit of the linear CCD chip.The signal collection circuit is introduced,and development of the USB module in PIC16C765 described.The system is simple in hardware structure,convenient in use,good in anti-interference,and reliable in data collection. |
