| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、特尔菲等方法,以发展为主题,构建了高校体育教师能力本位理论;职业发展中能力的阶段性要求;能力标准内容框架和能力标准;提出了高校体育教师能力发展取向.为建立一支现代化、科学化、能力化、标准化的高校体育师资队伍构筑理论平台.

| Abstract: | Taking development as the main theme,this article establishes the competence-based theory by adopting the methods of document materials and the Delphi Technique.It puts forward the requests of the competence in the career development at different stages,framework and content for ability standard,and the trend of competence development of university teachers of P.E.This paper also serves to establish a theoretical platform for forming a modernized, scientific,capable and standardized P.E.staff team. |
