| 摘 要： | 研究了新疆维吾尔族群体4个STR基因位点D5S18、D13S317、D7S820和D16S539的基因及基因型分布，获得4个基因库的群体贵传学数据。采用PCR扩增技术和基因扫描技术进行群体样本STR遗传结构分析，并与其他种族、人群的等位基因频率进行比较。结果表明，4个基因位点在新疆维吾尔族人群中均具有遗传多态性，4个基因座的基因型分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律（P＞0．05），不同人群基因频率分布存在一定的差异。

| Abstract: | This paper is designed to understand the distribution of genes and genotypes of D16S539?D13S317?D7S820 and D5S818 4 STR loci and to obtain genetics data in Xinjiang Uygur population. PCR technique and genescan technique were used to analyze the genetic structure of 4 loci . The allele frequencies were compared with other race or population data. The results show that the STR polymorphism at all of the 4 loci were observed in Xinjiang Uygur population. No deviation from Hard Weinberg equilibrium was observed. The allele distribution varies in different races and population. |
