| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨整体护理在急性心肌梗死病人治疗预后中的作用．方法：对128例急性心肌梗死病人在通过扩张冠状动脉、溶栓、抗凝或经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术、置人支架术等治疗的基础上进行整体护理．结果：治愈96例，好转23例，死亡9例．结论：全方位的整体护理，明显提高了治愈率，降低了死亡率和其它并发症的发生．

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of holistic nursing care on the trcatment and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction patients.Methods：Treated 128 acute myocardial infarction patients with the treatment of coronary artery expansion, thrombolysis, anticoagulation or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stent placement, on that basis,underwent holistie nursing care. Results：96 caes were cured,23 cases were improved,9 cases died.Conclusion： Holistic care can improve disease recovery rate markedly, increase patient＇s disease awareness, establish confidence, improve curative effect, reduce the fear of intervention and the occurrence of arrhythmia. |
