| 摘 要： | 采用直接镜检法随机对西昌市5个乡450只山羊、绵羊体表寄生虫进行了调查,结果:最大荷虫量为342只,平均荷虫量为215只,感染率达100%。用螨净溶液按1:1000、1:600、1:400,分别进行药浴、喷雾和涂擦防治体表寄生虫,结果药浴、喷雾有效达100%,在临床上未出现毒性反应,可大面积推广应用。

| Abstract: | We conducted a microscopical examination of body parasites on 450 goal and sheep,randomly selected from five townships of Xichang City.Results showed that the highest loads of parasites were 342, and the average loads 215.The infection rate reached 100%.We used aqua miticide of 1:1000,1:600 and 1:400,respectively to bath,spray and smear.Bathing and spraying with aqua miricidc bad the effect of 100%,and no clinic reaction of toxicity arose.Therefore,these two methods can be popularized. |
