| 摘 要： | 物业管理是我国的一项新兴产业,它在我国的运行和实践中,出现了一系列的问题,这些问题会影响到物业管理的社会化、专业化的形成,不利于现代化国家大都市的发展。本文就当前我国物业管理中存在的问题进行了初步探讨,并就所存在的问题提出了一些解决对策。
