利用体育积极分子和骨干加强对我校非正式群体的管理

本文运用文献资料法和调查法等研究方法,对我校体育积极分子及体育骨干在1994～1998年度中的34份违纪档案进行分析.同时对1996～1998年度在各种运动会和体育课中发生矛盾纠纷时的表现,以及他们在非正式群体中的表现进行研究。结果表明:体育积极分子在非正式群体中占有较大比例,表现较好,有较强的影响力和威信,特别是在群体中的体育骨干分子。而且他们在矛盾纠纷中有淡化矛盾的意识和能力。在此,提出对他们进行分类管理并纳入到正式群体的管理中去,及利用骨干和积极分子的影响力,对我校非正式群体进行管理的结论和几点建议。

Enforcing Supervision of Unofficial Groups with the Help of Sports Activists and Core Members

With documentation and inquisition,we analyzed 34 records of discipline violation by sports ac- tivists and core members through 1994 to 1998.We also studied their conducts in sports meetings and P. E.classes when troubles arose through 1996 to 1998,and in unofficial groups.Results have shown that sports activists account for a great proportion in unofficial groups.They generally behaved well.and had powerful influence and prestige,especially the core members.Furthermore,they had the will and capacity to soften contradictions when troubles arose.Therefore,we put forward some suggestions of supervising them by classifying and taking them in official groups,and enforcing the supervision of unofficial groups with the help of sports activists and core members in our college.
