| 摘 要： | 在当今知识经济和经济全球化时代,企业原有管理制度、权责制度、组织机构已不适应现时的要求,必须采取一套新的经营管理制度和组织机构。本文针对我国一些企业,目前存在的观念落后、管理水平低、权责不明的情况,提出通过企业经营和管理的创新来提高我国企业的管理水平,构建企业改制后适应时代要求的企业经营管理新体制。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy and economic globalization,former systems of management, right and responsibility,and organization in corporations can no longer meet the needs,so we must adapt a new set of management and administration system and organizations.The fact that some enterprises in China lag behind in ideas,manage inefficiently,and confuse rights and responsibilities,should be changed be by innovation of corporation management and administration,and a new management and administration system for corporations to meet the new needs of the time also be built up. |
