| 摘 要： | 用有限元法对某住宅的屋面在自重、施工荷载、温度荷载作用下的应力和位移进行了计算。分析结果表明屋面出现的裂缝是由温差影响造成的。隔热层设计不当，是引起屋面渗漏的另一成因。

| Abstract: | In this paper stresses and deformation in the roof of residential building causing by gravity, construction loads and temperature load were computed with FEM. Analysis results show that cracks in the roof result from temperature difference. Unsuitable design of the thermal insulating layer on the roof is another factor causing leakage. |
