| 摘 要： | 中国传统的法学教育模式有利于培养理论功底扎实的学生,却与社会对法律专门人才的要求脱节。探索实践教学新模式,加强职业教育成为法学教育改革的方向。送法下乡因其灵活性和独特功能,并且契合高校的教育功能,因而在法学实践教学体系里占有一席之地,极具发展潜力。
