Weak Observability of Nonlinear Large-Scale System

It implies that the necessary and sufficient condition of a weakly observable nonlinear large-scale system is that each and every subsystem is weakly observable. So, the weak observability of a nonlinear large-scale system can be confirmed simply by judging the dual distribution of all subsystems with that of a nonlinear large-scale system omissible.
