低功耗摆动式电磁执行器的设计与仿真

摘    要:执行器是电子调速系统中的关键部件,对调速系统的性能有较大影响。通过对步进电机、直流伺服电机和比例电磁铁等执行器的分析比较,设计了一种响应速度快、功耗低的摆动式执行器,并建立了数学模型。通过MATLAB对由给定值电路、比较电路、PI调节器、驱动电路、执行器和角位移传感器等组成的电子调速器位置控制环进行了频域和时域仿真,仿真结果证明了摆动式执行器的稳定性和可靠性。通过对执行器工作电流的测量,验证了该执行器具有低功耗的特性。

Abstract:As the key parts in electronic speed governor systems,actuators affect the governor systems' performance to a large extent.Based on the analysis of and comparison among such actuators as step electromotors,direct current servo electromotors and scale electromagnets,the design and mathematic module for a rotate actuator of low power consuming and high response is provided.By simulating,by means of MATLAB,the frequency and step response of positional loops made of comparative circuits,PI adjustors,actuators,and so on,the stability and reliability of the rotate actuator is proved.And by measuring the working current of the rotate actuator,its trait of low power consuming is also verified.
