多坐标结晶器内腔尺寸测量机机械系统设计

摘    要:文章介绍了多坐标结晶器内腔尺寸测量装置的机械伺服系统的设计,主要包括导轨、螺旋传动及带传动。而机械伺服系统则在数控软件的控制下,完成在空间x、y、z 3个方向上的快速、准确地移动及绕z轴的转动,以达到高效、精确地对不同形状的工件内腔及外廓尺寸的测量。

Abstract:This paper presents the design of the mechanic servo-system of the multi-dimensional coordinate measurement machine for measuring the size of the crystallizer,which mainly includes the design of the guide,power screw and belt drive.The mechanic servo-system under the control of numerical control software can move quickly and precisely along the x,Y and z directions and roll round the z axis to measure the inside and outside dimensions of the workpieces of different shapes.
