正切函数程序涂渍色谱柱的研究

摘    要:本文设计了分配比呈正切梯度变化的新型气相色谱柱,这种新型程序柱称为正切涤渍色谱柱,简称正切柱.本文对正切柱保留时间的程序效应进行了研究,并导出了理论方程式。通过计算机计算出程序效应值及相应的柱结构参数.实验结果表明,保留时间的程序效应值与理论计算值相符.将正切柱与前人所研究的指数柱以及含有与程序柱相同平均浓度固定液的传统平均柱作了比较,结果说明正切柱是一种理想的程序柱,具有重要的实用价值.

Abstract:In this paper,a new kind of GC column was designed,which possessing a tangentiai gradient in partition ratio,the new kind of gradient column was called tangential loaded GC colunm,and tangential colunm for shorten.The gradient effects of the tangential column on retention time were investigated.The theoretical equation of the gradient effect was derived The value of the gradient effect and corresponding configuration of a gradient column can be calculated by compueter.The pracical result hows tshat the gradient effect of retention time on experimental value agrees fairly well with that calculatet from the theorem.Comparison among the tangential column,the exponential column studied by predecessors and the classical regular column which contains the same mean quantity of liquid phase on the gradient column,conclusions could be obtained as follows:since liquid phase on the tangental column was distributfd prperly,not only a better gradient effect was oblained,but also the weakness of the exponential column was overcomed,which was,the uniform distibution of liquid phase was destroyed so seriously tha the peak of solute became broader,decrease in column efficiency happ-t ened and resolution came to be infeior,thus,comparatively,the tangential column was an ideal gradient column.
