| Abstract: | Burnishing-plastic deformation process is becoming a popular finishing manufacturing process. At present,there are various different burnishing process(general vabricating and ultrasonic process,ect.)which have different function.In this paper,the process effect and affecting parameters(burnishing force,speed,feed,Iubricating liquid,meterial and diameter of burnishing tool,meterial of workpiece,original roughness,etc.)are presented. And we can gain the optimum surface quality if the various parameters and their combination are chosen reasonably. |
