电流变流体的流变性试验研究

摘    要:电流变技术是一门新兴的学科,被视为第三代液压系统的主攻方向,不仅引起了人们极大兴趣,而且在工程技术领域中有着广阔的应用前景.电流变流体的研制及其流变性的研究是电流变技术的关键,本文在对自行研制的几种电流变流体试验的基础上,根据流变学原理对其电粘性、温度依赖关系、剪切速度与抗剪切能力之间的相互关系进行了探讨.

Abstract:The electro-rheologic technique, a risig learning-course, has been regareded as the main-attack direction of the third-era of hydraulic pressure system, not only causes great interest of the people, but also has a broad prospect of application in engineering field. The development of electro-rheologic-technique. On the basis of experimental research on some electro-rheologic fluids prepared by the authors themselves,this paper has made an approach to its electro-viscosity, temperature dependence, and the interrelation between shearing velosity and shearing strength according to the principles of rheology.
