| 摘 要： | 为探讨肾综合征出血热(HFRS)的腹部CT表现及临床意义,特搜集经本院临床确诊的HFRS,并行腹部CT扫描患者 10例,其中双肾明显肿大 6例,肾包膜下出血1例,肾周积液3例,腹水6例,胆囊炎4例,双侧胸腔积液6例.通过CT扫描,及早发现病情,尤其是疑有肾破裂出血做CT扫描,具有特异性诊断,给临床提供准确的诊断,充分发挥影像学在HFRS诊断治疗中的作用,更好地为临床服务.
