摘    要:针对化工企业高温重油泵机械密封经常出现的2种失效形式,从多方面进行分析计算,找出了失效的原因及变化规律,进而针对不同失效形式及介质提出几种解决方案,并在实践中得到应用.

Abstract:Two invalid forms of mechanical seal of heavy oil pump with high temperature are often found in chemical plants. We analized and calculated them from several aspects. The causes of invalidity and the law of change have been found. According to different invalid forms and mediators,we heve put forward some solutions which are proved to be valid.
