| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是社会生活各个方面得到稳定谐调发展的良好氛围,而法治建设则是这种良好氛围的催化剂,也是建设社会主义和谐社会的根本保障与基础。法治建设是构建和谐社会的重中之重。加强法治建设是应有之义,进一步促进和谐社会进程的大步向前。

| Abstract: | Harmonious society is the good atmosphere to stabilize and develop harmoniously the society in all as- pects while the construction of law is the catalyst of good atmosphere, the fundamental guarantee and basis for the construction of socialist harmonious society. Furthermore, the legal construction is the top priority of the construc- tion of harmonious society. So to strengthen the legal system construction is the necessity to further promote the har- monious social development leaping forward. |
