| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化进程的深入和我国产业结构的区域布局调整,国际产业承接和国内产业承接都将面临新的机遇和新的挑战。在继续采用吸引外商直接投资、兼并收购两种产业承接手段外,承接跨国公司项目外包逐渐成为新兴的产业承接方式。目前我国承接产业转移的主要区域仍在东部地区,中西部地区承接国际产业转移仍面临诸多障碍和困难。

| Abstract: | As the deepening of global economic integration process and China＇s industrial structure adjustment on regional distribution, international and domestic industry undertaking will face new opportunity and challenges as well. The empirical analysis in this article shows the main character and new trend of our country undertaking for- eign investment and western region undertaking east -central region investment, by this we provide the policy pro- posal about how to strengthen domestic and international industry undertaking. |
