摘    要:针对现代城市停车难以及新能源车辆充电不便的问题,以巷道堆垛式车库为基础设计了一种具有充电功能的混合立体公交车库,车库包括车辆识别系统、停车系统、控制系统、充电系统以及人机交互系统五部分。首先从整体结构和工作原理介绍本文所设计的车库;然后对车库的二层可升降停车单元进行了设计并对支撑装置进行分析。随后根据存取车流程以及具体工作环节对混合立体车库控制系统所包括的硬件和软件进行了设计;最后搭建了混合立体车库的样机,通过对车辆模型的存取证明了此设计的可行性。结果表明此设计充分利用了空间,提高了装置的停车数量,安装相应充电系统丰富了立体车库的功能。所设计的车库不仅有较高的自动化程度而且车库的各组成结构稳定可靠。投入生产使用后能有效解决城市面临的停车难和充电不便的问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of parking difficulty in modern cities and inconvenient charging of new energy vehicles, a hybrid three-dimensional bus garage with charging function is designed based on the stacking garage of roadway. The garage consists of five parts, namely vehicle identification system, parking system, control system, charging system and man-machine interaction system. Firstly, the whole structure and working principle of the designed garage are introduced. Then the second-floor lifting parking unit of the garage is designed and the supporting device is analyzed. Then the hardware and software of the hybrid stereo garage control system are designed according to the process of access vehicle and the specific working links. Finally, a prototype of hybrid stereo garage is built, and the feasibility of the design is proved by the access to the vehicle model. The results show that the design makes full use of space, increases the number of parking devices, and enriches the function of stereo garage by installing corresponding charging devices. The designed garage not only has a high degree of automation and the structure of the garage is stable and reliable. After being put into production and use, it can effectively solve the parking difficulties and the inconvenience of replenishing power.
