摘    要:由于通用航空的特殊功能、优势和对国民经济增长的巨大推动作用,其在我国迅速发展,通航公司规模也越来越大,直升机的业务种类也逐渐增多。然而普通构型的直升机只能进行运输功能,已经不能满足人们对直升机所执行的任务要求,特别是对于医疗救援类的直升机已经成为了地震灾区、火情灾区、海上救援等所必要的工具。所以需要对直升机进行改装设计,将其加装医疗设备来满足应急医疗救援的目的。本文为使直升机能够恢复出厂构型,研究并设计出直升机医疗地板,并且对其结构进行拓扑优化,其次对直升机医疗地板改装的适航审定流程进行了研究分析,并且对直升机加装的医疗地板进行了多种适航符合性验证方法的研究,进行强度试验验证,最终得出结论医疗地板满足适航法规要求。同时为通航公司在直升机改装医疗地板方面提供参考依据。可见直升机医疗构型改装设计及适航研究已成为实现直升机应急救援的重要依据。

Abstract:Due to the special functions and advantages of general aviation as well as its tremendous promotion of national economic growth, it has developed rapidly in my country, the scale of general aviation companies has become larger and larger, and the types of helicopter business have gradually increased. However, helicopters of ordinary configuration can only perform transportation functions, and can no longer meet people''s requirements for missions performed by helicopters. Especially for medical rescue helicopters, it had been become necessary tools for earthquake disaster areas, fire disaster areas, and maritime rescue. Therefore, the helicopter needs to be modified and designed and installed with medical equipment to meet the purpose of emergency medical rescue. In order to enable the helicopter to restore the factory configuration, the medical floor was designed and its structure was topologically optimized. Secondly, the airworthiness certification process of the helicopter medical floor modification is researched and analyzed. And it has been done a series of research on airworthiness compliance verification method and strength verification experiments. It is concluded that it meets the requirements of airworthiness regulations. At the same time, it provides a reference for the general aviation company to modify the medical floor of the helicopter. It can be seen that helicopter medical configuration modification design and airworthiness research have become an important basis for realizing helicopter emergency rescue.
