摘    要:管型航路是一种能容纳高密度交通流的新型空域结构,契合于我国华东地区空域繁忙,并且航空运输量持续高速增长的特点。提出了一种管型航路鲁棒动态激活关闭方法,建立离散时间动态系统,构建管型航路动态激活/关闭的多目标优化模型,并进行鲁棒优化,使动态激活关闭方案具有更高的适应度。以华东地区B221航路构建管型航路为例进行动态激活/关闭研究,结果表明,确定性优化方案和鲁棒优化方案相比固定方案而言,可使用50%的开启时长,服务63.03%和64.98%的航班,并且,使用效率提升16.67%和17.44%。

Abstract:The flow corridor is a new type of airspace structure that can accommodate high-density traffic flow, which fits the characteristics of busy airspace and the continuously rapid growth of air traffic volume in East China. A robust dynamic activation and deactivation method of flow corridors is proposed, a dynamic system of discrete time is established, and a multi-objective optimization model for dynamic activation/deactivation of flow corridors is constructed, and the robust optimization is carried out to make the dynamic activation/deactivation scheme have higher fitness. Taking air route B221 in East China as an example, the results show that compared with the fixed scheme, the deterministic optimization scheme and robust optimization scheme can use 50% of the opening time, serve 63.03% and 64.98% of the flights, and improve the use efficiency by 16.67% and 17.44%.
