| 摘 要： | 为了转变孝义经济增长方式,提高能源利用效率和改善环境质量,实现可持续发展,应用循环经济理论方法,实现孝义市煤焦化支柱产业废弃物减量化、再利用和资源化是必由之路。根据循环经济“3R”原则,设计孝义市焦化产业循环经济发展模式,在此基础上提出孝义市焦化产业循环经济建设措施和建议。

| Abstract: | In order to change the way of economy growth, improve the energy using efficiency and the environmental quality and realize the sustainable development, Xiaoyi city must make full use of the waste of coal coking industry according to the "reduction,recycle and reuse" principle of cycling economy, which is the only developing road. Mainly using "3R" principle, the developing mode is designed and the measures and suggestion of coal coking industrialization is put forword. |
