摘    要:基于简单铰链裂纹模型和局部柔度理论,建立了横向裂纹转子系统扭转振动的动力学模型,得到了裂纹转子扭转振动的数值仿真解,并有了呼吸裂纹转子系统存在着亚谐波共振特性,将小波技术引入到裂纹转子扭转振动时频特性的数值仿真研究中,结果发现裂纹转子的小波时频二维谱存在着6组大系数,小波三维谱表现为6个峰,相应的小波时频等高线表现为6组同心圆,从而表明可以利用裂纹转子扭转振动独特的时频特性作为监测转子系统横向裂纹的依据。

Abstract:Based on the simple hinge crack model and the local flexibility theorem, the dynamic equation of torsional vibration of cracked rotor system was modelled. The numerical simulation solutions were obtained and the subharmonic resonance of breathing crack was verified. The wavelet technique was introduced into the researches on time frequency property of torsional vibration of cracked rotor system, which shows that the wavelet two dimensional spectrum has six group large coefficients; the wavelet three dimensional spectrum has six peaks; the wavelet contour has six group circles. The results express that the unique time frequency property of torsional vibration can be used as the criterion for detecting cracked rotor.
