| 摘 要： | 本文论述了如何利用标准的M／／M／n,建立一个通用的服务系统人员设置方案。通过一个实例,详细说明了该方案的具体应用,解决了提高各校的现代化管理水平中一个很难、且很重要的问题--人员的合理配备。该方案设计合理、计算简便,是一个切实可行的方案,可供各服务行业参考使用。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to use standard M /M /n model to set up a general project of placing personnel service system. By a actual example, it explains the specific use of this project in detail. It solves a very difficult and important problem how to improve modern management level in every u-niversity--rational disposition of personnel. This project is designed rationally and computed simply. It's a feasible plan, it can be used in service system for reference. |
