| 摘 要： | 信息社会中,科学思维在图书馆工作的全过程中起着调控作用。要提高图书馆员的工作质量,就应具备现代的科学思维特征:求实性、信息性和全局性、创造性,并从保持优化的知识结构、博采新方法入手改造自己非科学的思维方式,以便更好地开展工作。

| Abstract: | Scientific thought plays a regulating and controlling role in the whole process of library works.To improve librarians'working quality,the following modern scientific thought features should be possessed:realistic spirit,informedness,global character and creativeness.Librarians should also try to change their non-scientific thought according to optimizing the knowledge structure and seeking new approaches for improving professional skills. |
