摘    要:第四纪气候有过多次大幅度波动,是环境变化的一个重要因素,反映到第四纪的各个方面,因此也必然影响到岩溶洞穴的发展和沉积。在不同气候带,岩溶地貌有不同特点,沉积物也有变化。以常见的钟乳石来说,在热带和温暖气候下,它们的形体特别高大,姿态万千;在温带和寒冷气候下,则比较简单,形体萎缩。如我国广西等地著名的峰林地形,是在热带气候下长期发展的结果;而今天在温带以至西藏高原上保留的热带岩溶地貌,则是在第三纪晚期,或

DEPOSITS IN LIMESTONE CAVE OF EROSION AND THE QUATERNARY CLIMATIC CHANGES

Abstract:In the Quaternary Period, the climate underwent great changes, which influenced greatly the progress of the erosion of limestone and thus the accumulation of sediments in caves formed as a result. In the limestone areas of mountainous regions, cave sediments of different geological ages exist even in a small area. These different sediments show they had special contact relations. Most of these sediments reflect climatic changes. Recently about 100 km southeast of Nanjing was discovered a cave in the sediments of which fragments of ceramics were found together with several Crocuta ultima, C~(14) 11,200 ± 1000 B. P. with sediments of a still earlier data. All the cave deposit, fossils of mammals and pollen indicate paleoclimatic fluctuations.
